About Barbieri.
After Graduating with a degree in electronic engineering in Munich Germany Siegfried Barbieri worked for Siemens, Munich in the R&D department for telecommunication and thereafter for the Durst company in Brixen, Italy, as their chief engineer for the development of photographic colour enlargers and their control and analysing equipment. In 1983 he founded Barbieri Electronic and started the development and production of electronic densitometers for photographic laboratories.
BARBIERI electronic member of ICC (International Color Consortium) For Barbieri customers this is a further demonstration of the high degree of confidence they can put in the professional competence of the Barbieri Company in Color Management for digital reproduction of images.
The International Color Consortium is a consortium of companies with the purpose of creating, promoting and encouraging the standardization and evolution of an open, vendor-neutral, cross-platform color management system architecture and components.
